One of the first things we look for when we decide to change our diet to plant based or vegan, is MILK. Dairy milk is an ingredient in everything ranging from tea, coffee, smoothies, cakes, pastries, biscuits, breads and lately I came across its usage in BABY DIAPERS! I mean what?!

Next thing you do is to go on online grocery stores and local stories to get Milk Alternatives. In India, these aren’t cheap! There are many brands coming up to counter this issue and launching non-dairy milk brands every other day, so keep your hopes up!

But by then, we can make these at home as well! This makes it far cheaper. So I am linking a few youtube videos which give you an excellent insight into making these quickly. Not only that, you will be able to add a few flavours of your own to make it taste different, or you may add fruits to make it healthier and fibrous! Creativity has no limits, and who knows, you might just be the next brand that launches these delicious vegan milks.
